Jitsi is a FLOSS Zoom alternative. It's supposed to be a real pain to set up, but it's a service that I think is kind of crucial for us to offer, partially for that exact reason. Although I think I remember reading that Matrix uses Jitsi to now have video calls so this my get resolved as part of #11
